For almost thirty years, we have provided nurturing, high quality early childhood education to families in the Peakhurst community fWe are licensed to care for up to 29 children per day, between the ages of 3 – 6 years.
Our vision is to provide loving, connective care that nurtures, educates, inspires and values children and families.
Our long day care and preschool program is based on The Early Years Learning Framework, a National Early Learning Framework for children from birth to five years.
This framework has been developed to ensure that children are exposed to a high-quality learning framework, that provides measurable and quality educational outcomes, for all.
Our early childhood and long day care program provides opportunities and activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework, for your child to discover and pursue their own interests and strengths.
We encourage children to laugh, think, question and learn. Their sense of self and confidence grows as they make connections with each other, and build warm, trusting relationships with our team.
We recognise that parents and families are their child’s first and most influential teacher.
Our early childhood educators use the Early Years Learning Framework in partnership with parents, carers and families to develop learning programs that are responsive to children’s ideas, interests, strengths and abilities.
We also have a strong focus on play-based learning.
Our preschool program has been developed to help your child develop the social, emotional and cognitive skills they will need to give them the best start at school…
…with a focus on helping them to develop self-confidence, independence and resilience.
Our preschool program will give your child opportunities to participate in learning experiences that reflect their strengths, capabilities, culture, interests and current skills and knowledge.
Our team of educators focus on helping the preschool children learn, develop and build positive relationships with others.
Our team of trained early childhood educators and teachers deliver a curriculum that features;
• language, literacy and numeracy
• the creative arts and culture
