Welcome To Attunga Cottage Children's Centre!
Attunga Cottage Children’s Centre has been part of the Peakhurst community since 1994, on the grounds of Peakhurst Public School.
We offer Long Day Care, Preschool, Before and After School Care and Vacation Care for local children and families. Our qualified, caring educators deliver a play-based program built on warm, respectful relationships.

Our vision is to provide loving connective care that nurtures, educates, inspires and values children and brings families and communities together.

At Attunga Cottage we believe that our philosophy is visually represented by our Oak tree that is well over 100 years old. Our tree symbolises the children and educator’s development and personal experiences all growing together and supporting the Early Years Learning Frameworks (National Curriculum) and the National Quality Standards (ACECQA) into our daily practices.
​Long Day Care and Preschool
Our long day care and preschool program follows the Early Years Learning Framework, Australia’s national framework for young children. Our educators work in partnership with families, planning learning around each child’s ideas, interests, strengths and abilities.
Before and After School Care
We know juggling a 9 to 3 school day with a 9 to 5 job isn’t easy. Our Before and After School Care gives you the extra hours you need, and gives your child a fun, safe and relaxed place to be.
At Attunga, children choose from creative and active play that suits their interests, personalities and abilities, from cooking and gardening to sport, art and homework club. We’re open from 7:30am before school and until 6:00pm after school, with breakfast and afternoon tea included.
